The Most Important Meal of the Day!
You need three food groups for breakfast. A well-balanced breakfast is when you eat three food groups. Also, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! (Ranoah Johnson)

We made frozen fruit smoothies. The ingredients we put in there were frozen peaches, strawberries, bananas, yogurt, milk and walnuts. We put it in the blender, and when it was done we took it out and ate it. (Shaunda Mobley)
